You have questions about SlowCoffee.de? In our FAQ we answer frequently asked questions. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please use our contact form on the right.

We are available for you Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 by telephone at (+49)08036/9105006.

If you prefer to send us an e-mail, please use shop@slowcoffee.de - your enquiries will be processed as quickly as possible.

Registration with SlowCoffee.de is free and possible at any time. If you would like to create a customer account, you can either create one during the ordering process or click the icon to the left of the shopping cart in the top bar and then click on "New here? - Register now".

Questions about ordering

You will receive an e-mail from us with the shipment number after the goods have been shipped - as a rule, we will ship by DHL on the same working day. You can check the status of your shipment at any time via the DHL website. After sending, DHL will also send an e-mail with a delivery date and delivery time, if applicable.
 
You have the possibility to cancel your order within 14 days. To do so, please use the contact form on the right or send an e-mail directly to shop@slowcoffee.de
